The Requirements

Must be active<---MOST IMPORTANT
SP farming (optional)
No Botting
No Scamming
No Hacking
No One Star Popping
No Botting (twice for emphisis)

Union'd with BloodyHell and Kaigar

Level 2 guild with 40%

(i say anyone because if they are low level and active they level up quick ^_^)
