Noob seeking friendly guild

Hi i'm seeking a friendly english speaking guild. Preferably one where others aren't begging for stuff. I like helping others and if i really don't need something i'll give it to someone who's nice too.

I'm a lvl 22 2:1 hybrid. Spear/glaive, ice/lighting. I try to get on everyday for at least a few hours, but i may not be able to come on sometimes because of class and work. Oh, i'm on the Xian server. Hee!
