Well for those who dont know, the second season for gundam 00 started about 3 days ago. not sure if there are members who are a fan of the series here on srf. IMO gundam 00 generally is no where near as good as Gundam Seed/Destiny or the other ones for that matter (for all you haterz), but that does not mean its a bad anime. In fact i love it cause it is just as captivating and interesting as other anime series.

so what did you think of the first episode?

btw, i love the new opening for the season. its very catchy. uverworld ftw

well maybe i should've worded it a bit better. its not as good as Gundam Seed/Destiny. And emphasis on the "IMO"

i love the anime. didnt say i hate it. i just like seed/destiny better. any problem with that?

on side note, im glad to see someone else who likes gundam 00 more than the others for a change.

i thought it was good right from the start and just got better. love how the gundam series is one of those few that gets you straight into the action right from the start. first episode of the first season was very "dynamic" i think.

Yeah, I love the fast paced plot development. It's either fast or no pace for me, not animes which after 3 episodes and you still don't know what the hell is it about. Reason I only watched it now, was because SEED sucked hard, I couldn't even finish it, not trollin'.

i think like 10 new animes came out this season you can catch them all here http://anime-media.com/ vampire knight also came out but ill have to say is still sorta sucks

Anyone who likes SEED is a p*ssy and a disgrace to the gundam franchise. The show was a soap opera made for 14 year old girls and 16 year old boys and should never have been brought into existence. To try and validate its existence by watching only makes you part of the problem that is killing anime.

I hated it every single moment of it. But I was able to watch it all the way though to see why people hate it so much.

im sorry all the bright colors and crying goo-goo-f*cking-bubble-gum-pop characters cause me to go into fits of rage upon view....the first time i saw it i sat through the whole episode with this look of "What the Sh*t" on my face...

chill dude lol, even if the anime is terrihorrible it will always be supported by a few, take naruto for example ....

The only Gundam that I've seen before 00 is Wing. I really liked it back then (90's), though I forgot most of it, and I'll probably have a different take on it when I decide to see it again. Anyway, I really like 00 and its concept of ending wars - with war -.- I've heard some good feedback on SEED/Destiny before, but from what you guys say about it, I guess I'll pass.

What really appealed to me on 00 is that they show the life of civilians (Saji) and how the world events affects their lives. Thought that was pretty neat.
