Not a big fan of mexican food. But I should've put it and Italy..i farkin forgot italy. WTF I love italian food.

I have to disagree with you, there is a lot to see if you really want to, to mention a few of my favorites: Bruges, Brussels and the fort of Huy (terrible exposition on the concentration camps). And lots of other things, like museums, caves, parks ...
And lastly one of the biggest paradoxes in the world and one of the heaviest administration for such a small country. North side of the country speaks one language, South side an other one and South-East a third.
It is the capital of the EU but there is a very strong desire to separate the country in two parts. Isn't that just a lovely paradox ?

I'm going to south baja,mexico.
And it looks amazing.
So i would suggest that.
But it really depends on if you are more of an Ocean person
or a Big City person.
I went to Costa Rica too.
and the forests are beautiful.
