Definitely real lol, not even the biggest in the world too, snakes have grown big enough to eat baby hippos, and people. Those teeth are huge though, if that thing bites you your definitely screwed unless you somehow kept it from squeezing ur chest/head lol, gonna bleed and hurt alot though.

Looks like a Burmese Python, I think the Burmese is the fattest and the anaconda is the longest. Or is the other way round. Don't really remember which.
