lol do they even really help? I mean are they really that much stronger, or is it just looks, cus i've seen those "worlds strongest man" things on tv and they are just big guys, nothin like that.

I wondered about that as well. Going out on a Limb here to say that's it's mostly waterbased and doesn't focus of physical strenght, but i don't know if it's accurate..
But i would like to know though.

Maybe it does. Maybe it doesn't. But I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be allowed to compete in worlds strongest man because I'm quite sure steroids are banned.
