Need a good tutorial..

I made a packet sniffer program with Autoit it. So i got the packets, but i dont know how to decode it.
If anyone knows a good tutorial how to decode/analyse packets, plz tell me.

Some of us may know programming.
I would have been able to do this for you about 3 months ago.... but I cant remember programming to save my life.
Well I can still program but not as well. I wouldn't be able to tackle this project, sorry.
