help me with McAfee please :(

Ok, I use McAfee, but i recently formated my pc, and the downloader won't work... I forgot my old account

Tried making one at:

(to download mcafee)

But I always get incorrect phone number... I think it needs to be american number or something =S

Can someone help me?
