not necessarily, finnish gun laws are so weak compared to the rest of europe, I wouldn't be surprised if they get more shootings than we do

By our tradition guns are for hunting and suicides... The guns laws will probably get more strict. The police even questioned the shooter person the day before about a shooting video he had released in youtube... Shame they didnt take away his gun/licence. Death sentence wouldn't really help if the criminal commits suicide. Sure you could hang the body and shoot it though..

We in finnish are so sad about that. =[ 2 school shooting in 1 year! law is gonna change that they dont sell pistols to private ppl only for shooting clubs.

report it on a national stage like CNN, CBS, NBC and so on, it would only be on the local news for that area, so no i am not talking out of my ass.

you can't really argue about that, it depends where you live. When I watch the local news here in michigan, its always about people shooting each other in detroit, so cpinney isn't entirely wrong.

It's local. No shootings in Georgia, recently, AFAIK.

Pfft. Those two school shootings are the only ones that I know of. And those two headcases were buddies, they planned the shootings together, bought guns from the same store etc. Both were racists and human-haters. Quite ironic that they happened to born as humans. Should've born as frogs.

Stricter gun laws could have prevented them from getting guns though. These guys weren't real criminals, just some headcases. Both failed epicly at committing suicide, shot themselves in the head and.. died later in the hospital from the head wound.
Anyway that's two headcases less now. Shame it took so many other people too..
