Ok, so I've got a job that's got Union. So, I started this job in April 8, 2007. 6 months after that, I get into the Union. This lady named Linda comes here to this job July 29, 2007. And 6 months after that, she gets into the Union. So, of course, by the time she gets to this job, I'm halfway thru getting into the Union and she's got a whole 6 months ahead of her.

Well, first of all Linda has got to be the most annoying person I've ever seen at a workplace. She thinks she's a "somebody" here just because she's been at the same companyfor whatever many years, but at a different place. BUT, she was a part-timer and was never in the Union. Everybody here in this place thinks she's annoying because Linda always says she needs to be appreciated and "loved" and constantly talks about how her husband is the best person ever and that he can do anything for her here at work, BUT he's never worked here and has no authority to even say anything to anyone about her job here.

Last week, a lot of workers got laid off and she was the one who had to be Demoted and not myself and at first, they called me in to Demote ME. When after I, of course, have got more Union time in than Linda does. I, of course, called the Union rep and let him know about this. And...of course....I win the dispute.

She tells her husband and he goes to the Union rep and has the balls to ARGUE WITH HIM! WTF IS THAT SHIT. Her husband is a NOBODY TO THIS JOB or our Union. Like he was able to do anything for her sorry ass anyways.

I'm sorry I had to vent that out. LMAO.

SO....that being said...who here in SRF has a Co-worker they hate...(or dislike) Very much?

Currently, I don't have any troubles with anyone at work.

Everybody at my workplace is pretty chill.
No idea what your going on about with your unions and stuff though xD

I don't feel anything, seems like you shoulda had more connections. sounds a bit like jeslously but that's just me.

He's ugly, has an onoying voice + face and just pisses me off.

He always wants to do eerything so perfectly, follow the rules damn strict and does anything to suck up to the boss.

He commands everyone around, even if they are older then him, work there longer then him and thinks he can also boss around new people.

Once I was working at the first window of the drive through (I work at McD's, btw) and I took the other of a car through my headset thingy, you know how it goes, and then I said, you can go on to the first window please.

then he said though his headset like: "You didn't say how much it costs, you should always say the price!!"

I just plainly ignored him, cuz I just always do, and everybody does, unless it's just the right time to say something back...

O, and an other coworker of mine, he works in the kitchen a lot and he's fat and ugly, and then one of the floor managers was like: you should wear a snood(is that a word? wtf, fuçk google translate.) a hair net thingy, and he was like, I'll wear one when you wear one, and he started a fuckin argument with the manager and I was like, fuçk you, just fuckin do it, fággot.

But...

And as personell we get a 50% discount on he foodz there, but only when we use it for ourselves.

But he just always takes stuff home with the discount, and everybody is like, why the fuçk won't they fire him already?

I bet he thinks he can do anything just because they need people to work there and because if you would look around his giant ego and arrogance, he does do his work.

There's this one douchebag who thinks she's the shit because he has been in a union for a few months. She hates me for some reason and always asks people if they hate me as well. Of course, they say yes because they don't want to offend her, but they laugh at her as soon as she turns to walk away.

A few weeks later, a bunch of people are getting laid off. Initially, this girl goes in there and gets demoted. However, she bitches to his union representative, and in the end, because she has more union time, I get demoted, which is bullshit because I can do my job much better than her. I ask my husband to sort it out, but it didn't work out so great.

Even worse, this fucker tried to take some of the stew I brought in for my coworkers. Cheeky sonuvabitch.

Unions suck. If it wasn't for the union, not only would you have not been demoted, but she would have been fired a long time ago.
