If you want to gain more wight, eat huge meals 2 or maybe 3 times a day.
Im guessing its because you eat so often to, you shouldnt eat more than 5 times a day tops.

Re: Im constantly losing weight
What is the calorie range that you are eating on average? The "normal" calories necessary to eat for a full grown male is 2,500 or something like that (not too sure on this). Anyways, if your meals are frequent, but "small" in calorie range, you may be in consuming less than what you need. Paraphrased, you're eating less calories than what you burn, regardless of how many meals you eat per day.
Calories eaten < Calories needed = weight loss
Calories eaten = calories needed = no weight fluctuation
Calories eaten > Calories needed = weight gain
Of course you have to factor in activity levels, genetics, blah blah. My guess is still your eating less calories than what your body needs to burn daily for your activity level (10 hr homework [lol], walking around, breathing).
EDIT: Just read your food that you eat daily, and I really think is what I stated above. Up your calories you consume, IF you want to gain/maintain ur weight. Btw, you need more protein. lol.

6 meals is the best to eat i think, if you want to be healthy at least. If you want to put on weight.. eat more, simple as that. And do some exercise aswell, weights or something (low amount of reps), you dont want to be pure fat.

3 bowls of pho = 500*3 = 1500
2 bowls of cereal = 250*2 = 500
1 plate of fried rice = 400
2 bowls of rice and fish = 350*2 = 700
2 butterfingers and 2 bananas = 150*2 + i dont know ~ 350
and 2 ramen noodles = 300*2 = 600
so i ate 4050. average i eat like about 3500 i think.

Add in a protein shake.. that might help. But yeah.. keep on adding calories, 500 more each week i guess or so until you start adding weight.

He's talking about worms, those parasites that get inside you and suck the nutrition out of your food, making it so you only gain about 25% of what you actually ate. That could be one reason why you're getting thinner and thinner.

<.< Your not losing weight.. It's just the scale. It will measure different each day. Measure at the same time of day. In the mornings you will always be heavier then normal. At nights you will be at your actual weight. Or maybe its vice-versa.. I just know that the time of day is important, and scales aren't always accurate. So your not losing weight -.-"

It could also be your clothing, its not that much of a fluctuation in weight, always do it at the same time and if possible do it naked or just in your underwear to get an accurate reading, it could also be if you were constipated and your becoming more regular thus loosing the extra toxins from your body.

Re: Im constantly losing weight
Like a few people have said, when you messure yourself is pretty important to.
I tried it out.
First measured myself right after I ate and when I hadnt gone to the bathroom all day.
Then next day I measured myself before I ate and after I went to the bathroom.
All I can tell you is that there was a HUGE difference
And my clothes once weighed like 10 or so pounds.

your weight won't go up after eating a full course meal, you'd have to wait a few days.

Well you would gain the amount the food wighed. Not long term but if he weighed himself right after he ate he should have gone up.

Re: Im constantly losing weight
Yeah i think throughout the day your weight naturally changes around, err is it 4lb. Cant remember exact.
Oh and about the heart attack comment (cba to find to quote).. it depends what you eat. Calories doesnt mean fat, and also to Casey. Yeah your kinda right.. but if he doesnt exercise hes never going to be healthy so we all know that. If you have exercise that amount of food is definately not too much.

Life is good being skinny.
I used to eat whatever I wanted and still be underweight. Now I still eat whatever I want but I have to workout to not gain fat.

As someone who is training for medical school, I can tell you right now if what you say is true, and this is JUST happening now, you PROBABLY have a parasite in your stomach such as worms. Please approach your doctor with the matter to find out for sure.

Re: Im constantly losing weight
Too be honest. If he had a worm. Then...anything that the worm is absorbing would stay in his body? Because the worm is technically a part of him. So weight loss? I don't know.
As other have said. If your eating 6 meals a day of ramen noodles and nothing with actual substance, your going to lose weight. Reason being, if your constantly eating, your stomach is constantly working, taking up calories, losing weight.
Where as if you have 3 proper meals a day. Cereal at breakfast. Few sandwiches at lunch and a turkey dinner as an evening meal you'd probably be fine.
I used to live on Pot Noodles, and when I was lounging around the house it was fine. But when I'm working, I have to eat something proper like a mixed grill or fish and chips. Pot Noodles wouldn't keep me going on a 9 hours shift.
