and no, if you haven't met the person then you can't miss then because in order to miss them you must have already meet them.

What if you never met the person in a physical way. But you've met the person on... lets say the internet? You can still miss the person. Bah i dont know lol

But say u met online, its still a person in front of the other screen, and if there not feeding you shit they must feel someting for you as well.

I think it's possible to miss someone you've never met.

You can long for someone right? So you can miss a person in your life, someone you need or want.

If that's what you mean.

Or you can miss someone from your dreams while that person has never been in your real life.

If i understand you correctly thats more longing for a feeling that a person can provide more than missing "them".

That was pretty stupid.

Physically being next to said person isn't all there is to the feelings you may have with em, if you talk to somoene and get to know them, I see no reason why you couldn't.

Say you play silkroad, you make some friends, get in a nice guild, havin lots of fun ingame with your friends/guild, the game shuts down suddenly and never comes back up, you have no way of contacting them, wouldn't you miss them? Doin the stuff with your friends/guild ingame?

But you are meeting them. Just because you haven't seen them in person its still "meeting" them. A lot of this comes down to what you define "meeting" someone as. If you are simply referring to a physical contact than of course its possible. But i personally believe meeting someone can be emotional as well, not just physical.

Say your parents got seperated and you've never seen your real Dad in your entire life, I'd miss him if it were me regardless of the fact that I'd never met him. I'd still miss not having him around to play catch with me and cheer me on when my team wins a game.

But i think thats missing a feeling or emotion someone can provide rather than missing the actual person. I guess thats just perspective though.

i miss a few. its like a friendly face you see around but never talk to at school. and then you never get to chance to meet them until its too late

its possible, like if you had a parent/grandparent die before you were born and you hear lots of story about them i think you would miss/want to meet them

The same with me, my Granddad died when my dad was very young, 16 I think. So I never got to meet him, I miss him, because of when my dad talks about him. I miss the fact that I never got to meet him.

You can miss them, but you would miss them more if you knew them

I had dreams of talking to someone I've never met before, then like a month after that night I actuality meet the person irl. Weird ~

I have also missed people that I chat to on the internet..

I always fail to see what's to discuss about these things.

When a tree falls it makes just as much sound with a human near as it does without one near.
And I'm sure some people can miss / long for someone they haven't met.

Yes it's possible. I never met those people I played in the internet before but I do miss them. And all those stuffs we did before.

Cant miss what you've never had. Guess its the same situation as that.

I believe that when you miss someone you've never met, you probably just miss the idea/concept/feeling behind it. One can miss the ideal wife, for example.

because someone are deaf and blind, they can't miss someone you said. Their sense of touch is well developed and they have the ability to know people, they’re still human. think about that.

Well if the topic is about someone you never met I am kinda basing it off that. If you never heard seen touched smelled or tasted (uh..) someone, what are you going to miss.
The only thing that comes to my mind is the feeling of not being alone, but yeah.
