why do spam sites keep advertising them? and the more important question is that do they really work? i think your body just grows whever it feels like u cant really take a pill to magically increase the size of your thingy.

The assertion that taking a pill, using a pump, buying a cream, or "exercising" your penis will make it bigger is wrong because there isn't any credible proof that they actually work.
