The square root of a negative number does not exist, You have to involve the imaginary number.

if you don't know cheatin won't help....better to get stuck in a lower math than bumped into a math your not ready for and end up failing out....

It's not a real number.

I believe square root of -1 is "i", so if you're using imaginary numbers, the square root of a negative number is the square root of the absolute value of the number with "i" as a variable afterwards. Etc: square root of -9 = 3i.

Lets try to find the square root of -25. "Literally" it doesnt exist but we use imaginary numbers which are usually referred as "i". The imaginary number, by consent is equal the square root of -1. So the square root of -25 is equal 5 * i.

nope

i just moved back from usa to Dubai

and there learning system is different than the usa system .. kind of a struggle :(

the addmission test is to enter 9th grade.

u moved from USA to Dubai? Why? and that was actually a very simple math question IMO. im not good in math but i knew that one.
