losing/cutting weight

Alright, so for wrestling i need to lose about 30 pounds in about 3 weeks so i can drop a few weight classes. but the thing is i dont know the fastest ( semi healthiest ) way to do it.
asked my couch he said a good diet, but i dont know what i should be eating.
so im asking the athletes and the people who know about losing weight fast for some help.

1) Get off the drugs.
2) Change in eating habits+exercise?
Veggies are always good in these situations. Anything organic.

i remember that happening to a friend, he starved him self for 3 days to make the weight cut for the weight lifting team

Two days before just get in some plastics and a sweatsuit and hit up the excersise bike in the sauna. Then after the weigh in just drink it all back in.

If you think of food as anything other than a need for nutrition (gluttony, taste, etc) Then you obviously will not get anywhere soon.
Also just cutting snacks can save you maybe 5 lbs + within 3 weeks. And eat lots of fibers (from veggies, or 'supplements' because excess (constipated) poop can auctually take up 4-10 lbs of weight in your body.
While I dont know how much you can potentially lose from dieting and excercise, the 4+ lbs lost from fiber is guaranteed :d

What a lot of wrestlers do is just spit into a bottle to reduce water weight.

I'm not an athlete, but what I did and I've lost 10-20lbs over a few years.
But mostly just reduce the amount of snack foods you eat and the amount of food.
Worked for me and I weigh 140-145 now.

According to a Kenny vs Spenny episode I just watched, "sexcercise" will help you lose weight.

Eat less meat, exercise daily and go for long jogs/bike rides. That's what I would do. Haven't tried my theory, because I'm in great shape

That is what I do, except that I skip that plastics/sweatsuit/bike part and drink beer after the sauna. Eh, I also skip the weigh part too.

go run around in a very hot sweater (make sure you drink enough :o) burn loads of energy (read: fat) but keep drinking water,, otherwise you will faint ^^
dieet only works for a certain time,,
throw away all the chocolate you have and try to dont buy it when ur in the store ^^

alcohol addicts (without eating snacks when drinking) lose weight 2

they ofter skip meals etc. xD

Eat clean foods. Get used to reading the label for the ingredients before you buy / eat something.

yeah ive been just flushing my system out, and having less than half of everything i eat. working out too so hopefully it will work

Oh yeah and if you dont want to eat much less if your not doing this already. Just eat smaller meals regurlary throughout the day, aim for 6 or so small meals a day instead of the traditional 3.

What you have to do, it sack tap yourself, try it.
Really, just try eating less shitty foods and excerise more, also try eating food with loads of fibre and less protein since protein builds muscles which adds weight.

If anything you need to consolt your doctor or dietrician to get a dietry needs plan and proper exercise routine. Each person has different neutritional needs so what works for us might not work for you. I lost a lot of weight simply exercising a lot, i eat a lot of food yet im still around 65kgs. Yet i know other people who simply dont eat much and exercise very little and acheive a similar results.

Go vegan. You will loose weight and it's very good for your body long as you keep
eating right. And you can get all the nutrients and stuff you would normally get.
Trust me you will loose weight and fast, just eat right or your gonna die
