Now I've got your attention. Just wondering, do you drink to get drunk? (Alcohol ofc.)
Do you drink because of peer pressure? Do you drink to hide emotions? Drink because you're depressed?

i never drank before but i would say most of teens would fall under "Fitting in"

I've had a drink to hide my emotions before, works up to the point when you wake up the next morning with a stinking hangover.

Normally drink to get drunk..

I have had kids in my area that are under 13 try to buy energy drinks like redbull so they can get hyper.. It's illegal in this country to serve someone under the age of 13 any kind of energy drink..

even though im allowed, when your 18 in holland you can buy every alcohol and your allowed to drink it ..

=o wow. I'm not a fan of drinking energy drinks, as just, energy drinks. I'm a bit of a mixer, however lately in Australia I've been getting smashed off beer because mixed drinks cost so much.

I got smashed 3 days in a row when my girlfriend broke up with me, I was so pissed because I went out of my way to make her happy, and bought her everything -.- but that wasn't enough.

Yeah, I drink for all different reasons, but mainly to get smashed on a friday night (except tonight =x fkin work).

That's the same as in Australia, however they WERE at one point trying to bring the legal age to 21, but that sucks for the government, because where I live, it's like Australias party central and it makes the govt. hundreds of millions just on taxes from one small city of 500k ppl.

I drink when im depressed and i drink socially after a game of cricket. I sometimes binge drink but i really dont think its all that fun. About 2-3 drinks to loosen my tongue and talking to some mates works fine with me. Being "smashed" is overrated.

=o. Only on a saturday morning-midday. I love walking the streets smashed, and when you think every taxi's a cop so you jump in bushes, or pretend to be sober, but like fall over.

i drink cuz it's there. if we're having a poker party, why not drink? if i get drunk, then whatever.

I've seen my friends being drunk all the time, it makes them act like idiots, no way i'd do that to myself on purpose. Sure im drunk on ocassion, but i dont drink to get drunk.

I could drink alchohol but I don't...Cola is good enough.

And yes most teenagers fall under the 'fitting in' tab because all I hear @ school (last school so that's 18-) is how much everyone drank last weekend >.> Sad people.

It's great turning 16, all the legal stuff can begin
I don't drink to get drunk, i drink because you have more fun after 6-7 beers, at a party, it's all a bit unknowing what to do, but when every starts drinking, the party can really begin
and I know when to stop or when to go on , being drunk can be fun because you forget all the shit atm =d

Australia = 18 years old legal dirnking age.
