Most people would lose a fight vs. someone trained in MMA. Doesn't matter if you're fat, or bigger than the guy, or in shape. I know I wouldn't want to fight anyone trained in any form of boxing or professional fighting. Shit is lethal.

Well look at it this way...

For someone to be able to carry more wight (in this example, fat) your mouscles would need to be stronger.
This means fat people are naturaly stronger, and it isnt THAT hard to later loose all that fat.

Meh, not sure if its because of me being slightly over weight but i can leg-press close to 600lbs.
