Helium isn't oxygen, so while ihaling your body doesn't recieve any O²
Same as the second gas, so you always have to take a break while doing it and inhale a few times like shown.
This is the reason why smurfs are blue

But the difference betwen helium and this gas is that helium will rise in your loungs and you will breathe it out pretty fast.
This gas sinks in your loungs making it harder to breathe it out.

im pretty sure thats been disproved, sf6 is not any more dangerous than helium, i dont know where i found it but i think it was wiki
