Make a new PC. You've already got a monitor, for 400-600 bucks you could build a desktop that can run pretty much anything. (My comp cost 800 bucks but that includes the monitor)

(I used to play RA2 on my P2 many years ago)

Metal Gear Solid 1 should play on that system too.

Or get some emulators and play Sega or Nintendo games

Gaia online is good,
and i'm downloading Grim Fandango it's a good game but not online which means it ends fast after completing all scenario nothing else to do
and i downloaded 100+ red alert mods so red alert would be 100 versions of the same game
and i already got a P4 PC but it's not mine only and when i use it i play silkroad

and i already hate it after watching the desktops screenshots thread and when i customized my PC like i saw it looked great but i had to reinstall windows
