need some pc fan help

Well I just bought a ATI Radeon X1650 Pro AGP for my server pc running at a AMD Athlon 64 3200+ and 1GB of DDR2 Ram and a little 40gb HD! lol
but I was dumb enough and a cord from my ATX PSU got stuck in the fan while it was running and I went to go let it out the fan hit my thumb nicking a little piece of skin off and a blade broke off and I need a new one, could some tell me where a good powerful fan is compatible with a micro MB and a MICRO case with a budget of $40 or less, (i know there is amazon,ebay and more but I'd prefer to hear from you who would have experience of a fan) LOL DONT TELL ME TO UPGRADE PLZ! THIS IS ONLY A SERVER PC! MY GAMING PC RUNS , Quad-Core 4GB ram, two sli 8800 ultras and 2 500GB HDs so that'll last me for a few more years lol
I think my processor runs a 939 socket, i forget, I'll check

p.s. funny thing is, the fan still works but it makes a big humming noise due to the offset of the centerpoint shifted making the motherboard viberate and make a annoying noise which i can hear from my friggin closet lol!!
