Well, theres this girl i like, and we have been best friends since pre-school, and we have been thinking of going further than friends, and lately she has been going out with this guy that hates me and i hate him and i dont know what to do.
I was thinking of stirring him up and then making him hit me, making her dump him and come for me

Just tell her. Plain and simple.

Unless this girl is a total jerk im sure she would much rather you be honest and just tell her hoe you feel, instead of concocting some stupid plan to "win" her over. Tell her how you feel, if its meant to be it will happen.

My holidays for school start on friday and me and her were going to do stuff, I might do it then.

but also, I'm going tubing the week after the holidays with her and her friend, me and my friend.

Well, since you said she was thinking of being more than friends also.

Id say a week at max, then just ask her out, or when ever the best opportunity arises.

If she was thinking the same in the first place, then just go ahead. To me that's a green light.
