Need some interweb helps

So, when i try to watch things from
http://www.demand.five.tv it uses the windows media player plugin, which is nice. but when stuff comes up, its audio only, no video
how do i fix this?

Refreshing your codecs might do it

thats all chinese to me, what are codecs, where can i get the appropriate ones?

I'm no expert on this but this might help:
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_L ... c_Pack.htmK-Lite Codec Pack is a collection of codecs and related tools. Codecs are required to encode and/or decode (play) audio and video. The K-Lite Codec Pack is designed as a user-friendly solution for playing all your movie files. With the K-Lite Codec Pack you should be able to play 99% of all the movies that you download from the internet.
I got the pack a long time ago and never had video / audio codec problems ever again iirc.

Yea K-Lite codec pack is awesome.If u need codecs u should get it.
