I have a Witness!

Previous thread i posted about seeing things. Now i started hearing footsteps outside my door every night at 3 in the morning. Today is the first day of school and everything and me and my bro was too excited to sleep. I woke up at 3 somehow which caused him to wake up at 3. I tried going back to sleep but couldnt, he started watching tv. And then out of nowhere i heard my floorboard creaking outside my room and heard something walking back and forth on it creaking combining with the steps. I heard no door open nothing, no one coming out of their rooms to go to the bathroom at all.
I didnt say anything until about 6 and he goes
"Ay tom did you hear the footsteps outside?"
I'm like oh god finally, ive been hearing those footsteps for a while and no one believes me. Finally a witness. He told me he was so scared he tried to sleep with the tv on but couldnt and almost sharted himself when the steps came close to the our door.
Everytime i hear those footsteps, i ask everyone in my family and they say that wasnt them and said iwas crazy.
Anyone else have an experience like this?

You probably have pipes under the floorboards outside your room. At night time it gets cold and the pipes cool down. This will cause them to contract and they will start creaking. Happens in my house alot, sometimes there will be long, drawn out creaks and other times there will be ones that sound like someone is slowy tapping/stomping the floor.

lol everybody can see/hear ghosts if they want to.
hell, people who see a floating piece of wood in the loch
ness lake say they saw the loch ness monster.
if the wind blows through the house and a door slams because
of that, then i'm not calling my friends to say there's a ghost
in my house either. if something makes noise and you can't see
what it is, then in almost all of the cases there's a perfectly
reasonable explanation for it. i'd say it's something similar
to what innovacious posted.

Starrie is the reasonable solution
Also chill supernatural is BS, You have a bigger chance of waking up on mars before you see a ghost

Yes! I have had an experience like this before. It was late at night and I was at my friends house. I'm guessing it was around 2am because that is when we usually go to bed there. He fell asleep really fast and I lay there for awhile to get adjusted then fall asleep. There where foot steps all through out his hall just going back and fourth from the door. It was some crazy weird stuff and I also was about to shat my self. I believe i fell asleep after while but I believe it was still going. He also has seen weird stuff and heard the foot steps, I haven't seen anything.
The only conclusion I could think of it was his brother or one of his cats but cats dont really walk like a person would and that was no cat, and why would his brother pace the hall, that would just be down right stupid at 2am.

well if its pipes were to cool down, it should take a reasonable amount of time 10-30 minutes even. This was just back and forth 10-15 seconds for first one and then 5 seconds the next then that was it. It stops when it gets near my door. I asked my parents everyone, they said that it wasnt them. the closest is my sister used the bathroom at 12. that was 3 hours previous.

Plz back that up.
1) Indisputable proof Mars exists.
2) Evidence to show that ghosts might exist. (at best)
Thus, waking up on mars is more likely.

Do you live in a historic neighborhood or a new residence?
But it's probably nothing big so don't worry

It backs itself up. Mars exists. Ghosts dont.

heres my counter to that 1. you wouldn't be albe to wakeup on Mars unless you can survive without air, nor teleport your physical body.

I am not saying ghost exist, when someone makes such a outragous statement such as this they should have something to back it. Mar exist yes, but how would you wake up on Mars? Or atleast contrast it to something more likeing to happen. Unless sarcasism was thier aim.

Why so serious? Comparing something impossible to seeing ghost emphasizes how unlikely ghosts actually exist.
And its spelled sarcasm.
