If there was any problems between you, give her a second chance and if she is regretful of it, forgive her. Don't be rash to do something you might regret later.
However if you think she's not the one for you, talk to her earnestly, let her know how you feel, but also put her feelings into consideration. Think about what you are going to say beforehand, after you finished talking let her talk.
If it turns out bad and she walks out on you on something out of original plan, send her a text/email and say sorry for hurting or something along the lines of so.

If your going to dump her, first..

For fucks sake, talk to the girl about whatever the problem is. Try to work it out..

If you don't think that, then your not ready for a real relationship, so then..

In that case, do it face to face. In person.

Any other way makes you a coward, a bastard, and a bad person.
