So, All Hope is Gone is out tomorrow, who's a fan of Slipknot?

They're previewing some tracks on Rockline right now, it sounds flippin sick.

One can never say one type of music sucks.

But man, I don't consider half of their shit music, some is okay tho.

slipknot is a guilty pleasure of mine.

Its a good album

not really my style....

but if it's yout thing, be happy with it ;3

They're touring australia!!!! I think i might go... tho tickets r pricey.
Machine Head is also touring as special guests with them, and i love MH. The Blackening was a damn good album.

I "aqquired" it a few days ago because apparently 1 song might actually be considered metal. It sounds like corey has combined slipknot and stone sour now but i still found myself becoming bored like i do with the rest of slipknot songs.

okay i LOVE slipknot...but this album sounds kinda gay to me, i mean just listen to Butcher's Hook :S

you guys honestly think this album sucks? thiers something wrong with you then because its sick. the one thing i dis-like about it is how the guitar solo's are split in half between mick and james. Revolver magazine said in one issue that james complained mick had too many solo's and he wanted to do half of EVERY solo on the new CD which seems kinda selfish and bullshit to me, but whatever. its amazing. also the new vermillion pt.2 bloodstone mix is amazing..i thought it was gay at first, but once the guitar started in half way it was sweet.

.execute. has to be the best into i have heard on all thier CD's.


i saw them live on the mayhem fest, they were AMAZING. machine head was incredibly sick also. (lost my phone crowd surfing to them tho =\ )

New albums of SlipKnoT sux. Only SlipKnoT and Iowa are great, but I mean really really great. This new shit is just gay.

Havn't listened to slipknot in like 5 years though.

But those albums were really damn good back then.

the album isnt CRAP...but...its not slipknot quality... u know? they could have done better :S

Well, the first 2 albums indeed are great. Sub verses is good, but with more melodic singing, etc. All hope is gone is more like an... Experimental album. And it's very good too.

I think the first 2 albums were heavier, especialy IOWA... But this one has something new.. And I like it alot. Maybe Corey doesn`t scream that much anymore, but still... It makes their songs special... lol xD
