So if you had a ton of money...what would you do with it?

I would buy a big old Airccraft carrier or something like that and build up the sides of it a little bit making some little walls and then fill it up with top soil and build a house and a ranch and live on a huge boat just floating along...and lets say I wanted to go to the Olympics I'd just head off to China...or say a hurricane was comming I'd just head north a little ways to get outa it's path. And if I got a bunch of people to do it we could have a little road that if lined up with another boat matches it perfectly forming a street...and if I got a ton of people we could form a little drifting city

I'd probabbly give some to charity for sure ...
Buy a house... nothing special ... and if you're worried about hurricane, move to country where there isnt hurricanes ..

if i won the lottery, some to my mates as a bribe not to tell anyone, keep it secret from the family for a while, enough time for me to annoy my mom from acting lazy and quit my job

but once they know after a few months id start my own buisiness, prolly put some cash into [SD] aswell

i would end up investing a lot rather then jst spending use it as a start to make more

I would shoot stuff with a grenade launcher, then bribe myself out of prison so i can shoot more stuff with a grenade launcher.

Lets say i get.. 48 million from powerball ( went off a couple of months ago in australia )

I'd buy myself a house in oakflats ( a town near me), transfer from my current tafe to one near where my new house was, fix the motor in my car and put the rest in the bank and live off the interest and spend my life with her person im falling in love with.

When i die whatever money is left over ( probably all of it considering i'd be getting 300k interest a year and i would never spend that much in a year ) will go straight to charity.

Retire and open a fund in my name that would roll off interest and pay anyone related to me, and in the future to come, 15,000 when they buy their first house, 3,000 when they buy their first car, and 20,000 after getting a bachelors. And, every year on my birthday everyone related to me would receive 1,000.

If the money would outlast my family, it would become a scholarship fund for anyone that can demonstrate that they require social assistance. If my family would outlast the money, then i'm happy it went to good use.

Already planning some of it.

Buying an area of land/woods, building a small cabin/rv on it, then drilling a well for water, a septic system, plant a garden for vegetables, solar and wind power with deep cycle batteries for the night time, fence the whole area in.

That's doable today without a ton of money.

Now if I was rich - pretty much the same thing as above except greatly expanded. Underground storage for canned goods/water/beer (gotta have fun sometimes). The cabin would have a basement with a tunnel to the storage area. I'd position it by a lake and pay the real estate taxes for life. A boat for the lake so I can fish whenever.

Add to that, a house down in the Bahamas for the winter similarly configured. Hardened walls for the hurricanes, lots of storage, on the ocean.

Charities would receive a lot of money. Diabetics association, asthma, heart disease, cancer charities, feed the poor. My children, friends and family would get large sums too.

I would travel in an RV around the US or overseas - whenever I felt like it.

but since time machines dont exist yet i choose plan 1

I would buy a small chain of airplanes and start my own airlines. By the time I am 40 years old my airline will have about 10 boeing 747 and because of the gas prices I will be making a lot of money.

And u do realize the hundreds of gallons of oil u will need not to mention the amount of money it would take to maintain. You would need to me a multi millioniare (500mil+) and u would also be contributing to the oil "shortage" cuz thats all that ships use, oil.
