Well I got home today, changed out of my dirty work clothes, and pretty much crashed on my bed with the TV on. It was on Cartoon Network and I guess after Chowder, this show called Flapjack is on. So I'm asleep dreaming about driving my friends around in a nice ass new car when things start to change and I hear this voice rambling on about stuff that didn't really make sense. Turns out my mind was shaping a new dream based on the shit I was hearing on TV, like on the fly. When I realized this I woke up and watched the cartoon on TV for a while thinking about what the hell just happened.

It was some weird shit.

WoW ya ive noticed AS has some weird ass shows on lately.

It was that episode with the mechanical psychic guy. I can hardly remember what I was dreaming I was doing but I distinctly remember hearing his voice going on and on lol. It was fuckin odd.

I believe there are some kind of tapes or cds that has like nature sounds, so it can make the person sleep peacefully.


Or it can maybe because the human brain takes on the surrounding sound, and you just dream it or something

Beats reruns of Scrubs (which would be a good show if it took out the lame ass drama) or CSI. And I don't get digital cable in my room so it's either that or Sci Fi, History, or Discovery. F*ck MTV and everything else.

I almost fell off my bed doing that shit once.

i think thats common. Whenever i fall asleep with the TV on i always get dreams based on what i hear. Same thing like when my alarm clock goes off...the noise gets interpreted into my dream until i realize what it is then i wake up.

that is weird. it happens to me sometimes. it happens to me but im not really sleeping, im like semi dreaming but i can still feel me laying there.

i also frequently wake up in the middle of the night thinking that i'm still in the football game i played earlier (varsity)

its kind of funny, but yes what u say is true, that you often dream about whats on your mind or something you want. heres my story on it.
i have this friend thats a girl, and actually its the girl in my sig. but we have been friends for about 3-4 years im her best guy friend shes my best girl friend, she has a bf so yeah, and hes a friend of mine aswell, anyway. one day we were talking and she was like "ive been having odd dreams lately". and i was like oh? what is it. then she said "we were married and like you came home and i was cheating on you with jeremey (her current bf)". and i was like.... ok... then she said "well then i had another one were it was reverse..." and then i was like.... ohhhh really then.

so yeah i didnt say what i thought and just was like yeah

Happens to me a lot. Waking up, i totally forget what i dreamed about, i'm just sitting there, left with this feeling that may dream was MEGA weird.
