i can give u link for a full sp3 windows with preinstalled black vista theme, and more vista themes, although it comes with much stuff preinstalled, but it shouldnt be a problem...
Ive installed it on my laptop which is only 1.86ghz core duo processor, and it loads and works double-triple faster than my SP2 on e6750 2.66ghz PC...
Its cracked and illegal, but if u still wish to get it just pm
the theme is very good designed too :p
