The electric cuts are God's way of telling you you've watched enough porn already.

Well,

If your talking about Youtube. I understand, before i could watch a video, close the window, disconnect, maybe even come back the next day and it would still be loaded.

Now, if i just close the window it gets erased.

i have little free space

technically speaking, when you are watching videos online, your computer download portions of it onto your harddrive to improve your viewing pleasure. after you are done (ie. close the IE), it simply delete the portion(s) downloaded

is there a way for it to not get deleted ?

the easiest way is do what StealMySoda said, download the movie

Try: Start IE --> Tools --> Browsing History --> Settings(Browsing History) --> choose Never and max out the disk space usage.

Watch your movie.

Tools --> Work offline.

What you just did there is tell the computer never to check for new contents and read what it can off your hard drive.

This method helps me to play online flash games while being offline back in my dial-up days.

Here is a tip to dl anything in Firefox
1. Clear the Cache, in order to find the music/video file easily
Image

2. Refresh the page and wait your music to load.
Type in address bar:
about:cache
Then enter
Image
Then go to the link in bottom. Make sure u clear the spaces at the begin
Image

3. Search for your file, music and video are always big size file! Then right click mouse, Save As
Image

Sometime, the format of the file is unknown. So it's you who have to guess if it's a MP3, WMA, AVI, MPEG or FLV file. So choose the correct extension.
