Cyclic Redundancy CHeck Error

I get this when I tried to copy Silkroad (No not a technical issue for sro cause it happens to more than just this) So I deleted it and re Dled it and Now when I try to Install the new one I get The error also.

A bunch of site I've found on google say it only happens when trying to copy, but Now it happens when I'm trying to Install. Any one got any Ideas? I can't use any of the repair tools cause they are all for XP and I have Vista which usually cost money or simply don't work due to missing oxc and dll that Are missing other components as well. Command promt isn;t working to Locate the error either cause it's saying cannot find file path, Do not have permission (I'm admin lol), Even when I try to run as admin it comes up, "The specific process is busy". SO WHAT CAN I DO TO GET RID OF IT.

If you have no experience in this please don't input, cause I don't wanna hear things like re install windows or sweep it, Cause it's an error in the harddrive itself and will still exist.

Sounds like you need a new hard drive then?

I used to always get them due to the fact I used shitty old DELL disk drives to burn cd's. Everytime I tried to extract stuff off the CD I would get this error.

Try and either replace them or see if the are dirty.

Ok I checked everything and this is like the only thing I can find dunno what it means exactly

"The device, \Device\Harddisk0\DR0, has a bad block."
