Icon files

So i play sro and the private server ecsro.
i got them on my quick launch bar, but i keep getting them mixed up.
so i like made an icon picture i wanted to change the ecsro icon to but i wouldn't let me cause its not a icon file so i was wonder if any 1 could help me to change it to icon file, or tell me how to.
