do you have a 15-pin VGA output, a DVI connection, or an S-Video output? and is your TV analog or Digital?

Depends what output you have. Probably need an S-Video cable. Or a HDMI cable. If you've got a desktop you might jut need an RGB cable.

Aren't HDMI cables super expensive? I remember my friend buying one for his Ps3, said it cost him an arm and a leg considering it's only a cable.

well most idiots think that the more expensive cables are better because thats total horse sh!t. 1 dollar cable on ebay is the same as the $300 at bestbuy. Yes it is proven.

Apparently with DVI you can buy a "DVI to HDMI" cable, but thats only if you have an HD TV and the money to buy the cable which is $40 to $80.
