Well, I don't know how interested all of ya'll are going to be with the release of this movie, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Its a movie based on the Twilight series. More specifically, the first book.

I finished the 3rd book long ago, I'm urging to get my hands on the 4th, and seeing the movie trailers got me all hyped up about seeing this movie.

ya been waiting for this for a while

it kinda reminds me of tuck everlasting for some reason....

looks like a pretty good movie

It kills the illusion of the movie...but here is the cast(mainly).






James fits the role almost perfectly (IMO).


But I imagined Alice as more of a 10-12yrold looking girl.

I'm sorta glad that Alice is older looking.



But otherwise. YES I'M HYPED.

I've never read the books. But some of my friends have or are reading it. And they've told me that it is a little bit mostly for teenage girls and stuff like that. But anyway I might watch the movie

One my of my friends saw it last night. I hear the books are awesome. We are talking about the vampire book fad that started in 05, yeah? Anything that has to do with Vampires is sexual.

Oh wow. Now I know why she was so interested in it. Lol, and I was going to buy the bootleg just to say I saw it. (I never saw the trailer or the commercial. I thought it was some sexual shyt, but big L-O-L I was way off.)

I like vampire lore, but I'll pass this one and wait for the DVD - or read the book first.

i read the book..was too much romance =[. i wanted the vampires to be more hardcore. i doubt i'll see it..unless the ratings are high...which they haven't been yet.

I saw the opening of the movie on tv, lots of little girls screaming.. I never heard of twilight till last night.

I can't believe anybody on this forum wants to see this movie. I agree with ted and died on the inside when I opened this, and saw that it wasn't bashing the movie.
The book is written shittily, and it is designed to wet the panties of teenage girls.

I love the movie, never read the book though. Movie looks like it has lots of action.

I'm probably going to get shunned for saying that I don't like the movie plot.
Oh my god a vampire love story sounds.......boring.
People have been running to get the book and you literally see people with these big fat hefty books in their hands reading all around my town. I was like what the hell?

Agreed....Vampires are supposed to be badass and evil...not romantic. My friend had to read it because his girlfriend wanted him to and supposedly there's paragraphs describing how amazingly good looking the main vampire guy is, and that he glows in the sun....

Reminds me of Jumper.. Think i gonna watch it.

I shall watch this with vigor and great visual appetite. I always fall for the classic line: "She's not one of us."

You guys need to stop trying so hard to be manly and realize that romantic stories are a great sources of pleasure as are the films. It should warm your heart to see outcasts fall in love.

outcast. I read the wiki article! she's not an outcast. In fact she's popular. And he's a vampire, he can kill ppl and drink blood he doesn't need to be popular. They aren't outcast, they're just ugly and stuck in a really really stupid novel series that just gets worse and worse.
