Probably just a little kid that thinks he/shes important and has such little creativity they steal ideas from killers. Sad thing is nobody cares, nobody "recognizes" them, and you wont get famous doing that. Want to be recognized then become a serial killer, don't get caught, leave your mark everywhere, and then before you die turn yourself in or don't and keep the mystery alive. Web pages can be fixed, taken down, or moved so leaving your "mark" online does not mean anything. You might be known for a while by a select number of people but your memory will fade away as the geek that showed of by sitting in front of a computer trying to get attention all day. I swear people that want negative attention seem to have have no creativity anymore.

The Zodiac Killer is named so for his use of encrypted messages. This dude's just ripping off the name and idea.

Wikipedia is adding a program to their website slowly last I heard and it highlights the text that has been changed. But this was announced by them during the school year, so I don't really know if its still a project for them.

Part of what is great about Wikipedia is that it can cover so much more than a standard encyclopedia, but when every Pokemon has its own entry, something has gone horribly wrong. It's not that the content is useless, just that it belongs in a more specialized place.
