I just saw an exposé from cbc news world on the program. They called it a "summer camp for adults". It's for middle aged people who used to play music, and have long lost what they used to love. It costs $1400 and you get a dozen or so jam sessions with other campers while being coached by professional musicians. Looks like rockband IRL.

The League was founded by Terry Moshenberg in 2006 because he wanted to give the thousands of 30 to 60 year old musicians who have careers and families a chance to enjoy playing and jamming with other like-minded musicians without having to give up their careers and go on the road to be a rock star.

Sounds like a total winner. Now they can cheat and tell their wives about it.

And former musicians being thought by other musicians? disaster waiting to happen.

It will be one gigantic chicken coop where all the roosters cluck their hardest to impress the chicks. And where the men are smoking more pot then John lennon and drinking more beer then rosanne bar before an Oprah show.
