Is possibly one of the best places to learn a language, it has many different choices and they are very clear.

so umm which of those can help me get a decent website going? i want a website that gives a step by step tut for a website

and which of them can help me understand a c program properly, not how to code it but there are like 50 files and i dunno what they do....

Crazy you should probly learn XHTML,CSS,Javascript and some php to make a good website...

i would add http://www.hackthissite.org to the list of forums, eventhough its not just a forum. that site is really good imo with a lot of helpful people

depends on what language u want to learn...

the java i learned this year really helped me now i can understand most of java, can get some basic idea of javascript, css, actionscript, and c

but then again alot computer program look like these...

well im learning java in school(not now) and im taking it again next year, but im still learning the ropes i think. so im looking for some basic tutorials too.

For begginers i reccomend http://www.w3schools.com/default.asp they have almost every language from what i've seen.

which language should i learn if i want to learn how to make a pull down menu when the mouse is over a bar? and any other "onMouseOver" commands?

not really, C++ is a programming language , and autoit is a tool to make some macro programs(if im right)
basically u can write anything on C++ and probably autoit was written on it as well..

i can't get the suckertree to work (all the submenus appear on the main menu) with the glossy menu
