So basically, their argument is that they are incurring damages due to an inferior product on a market that they had made absolutely no effort in capitalizing on until just recently? :banghead:

Aren't they already doing that? I remember on the beta youtube video pages there was a section where it said "Users Currently Watching" or something like that and then it listed users who were currently watching that same video.

Actually i would say they make a shit load without lawsuits. More money you get the more you want.
