Hurt Myself

Yesterday at Judo, my friend threw me and rug burned my forehead which wasn't so bad. The problem is that I hurt my right arm. I'm not sure whats wrong with it. However, when I bend it, it hurts. The pain is slightly below the shoulder. Basically, I can't move it much. What should I do? Yea, I know, see a doctor, but what else?

see the doctor first then he say if is broken or you have a fracture.
it seems be so when you can't move it so much .
amputating your arm like other say, you are not need to be wored about.

well since i dont see any one being helpful here
i dont think u fractured ur arm, i think u damaged some muscles, apply some bengay cream, dont use ice anymore since its been 24 hours...
take motrin to relieve pain i guess...
if u die due to a fracture and ur bone marrow leak in to ur blood dont blame me
