The family of the kid is suing Six Flags for the kid's death.

the kid ****'n jumped over TWO 6 ft fences w/ danger signs posted everywhere.
I think that Six Flag should be suing the family for revenue and goodwill lost.

The family, obviously.

The kid was trying to cut the line, and ignored several warning signs which even he could understand doing so.

The mere fact that the family is actually sueing should be punished hard.

Sad thing, other than this kid's death, is that they are gonna get the money. Six Flags will probably pay them to shut up.

Eh imagine it was your mother, say dropped her purse and your mother was decapitated. I doubt you'd still be laughing. You shouldn't laugh at others deaths, no matter how "funny." There is a disclaimer on roller coasters to not take objects you could lose. It is his own stupidity for losing the hat, he had no one to blame but himself. So it wasn't incidental, it was his fault for being a Farking moron.

this could have been easily avoidable
but.. the kid is duhh-dumb and avoided all of the warnings
so.. the roller coaster gave him his just deservings

its sad that people can do shit like that. my english teacher told me some flight attendant sued a passenger for like $100 mil because he called her a "stewardess" instead of "flight attendant". and now u cant even say fireman... u have to say "firefighter".... just sad...
