convert nonsearchable pdf to yellowpage format

thats my job but its also my job to improve the method of doing this

right now i have to use abbyy to convert pdf to excel
edit the excel in txt cuz the abbyy makes alot of mistakes
save txt as word and use listgrabber to convert it to yellowpage format

this method works but its extremely time consuming, and those pdf files are huge, 90pg++ so it takes a REALLY long time

i am trying to find a new way to do this any advice?

umm...wtf..to much computer talk for me to handle atm.

abbyy is a ocr program but it makes alot of mistakes

listgrabber is a program that automatically take normal text and extract info from it and convert it to yellow page format

yellowpage format is like

name
company name
address
phone
fax
email
web site

etc...

um..could you place dots (.) inbetween the letters of abbyy or pdf or watever, to signal its an abreviation. It makes the sentences much easier to read. At first glance it looks like a bunch of gibberish.
