Well doesn't sound too difficult tbh..
I'd talk about how this has been your dream, you see many opportunities going there, work some family drama in it about you being the only going to college. How much you're looking forward to reaping the benefits of high end education.
I know things can be hard to imagine when you have a writer's block, and I guess there's some stress involved cause this is sort of your application which they can accept or deny and it all comes down to this essay, right?
I say, go to the beach, clear your head and idea's will probably come naturally.
Congratulations on (almost) getting to college!

Writing that essay involves a lot of ass-kissing, bragging, and *cough* lying.

The essay requirement seperates the motivated students from the lazy students
On my uni they have an upload system which scans files for plagiarism

The college im applying for a is a small college, nothing major like Yale University. But it's a pretty decent college in the state of Connecticut. I have a question, if you get turned down... Can you apply again to the same college?

Not in the same year...
Btw, you live in the U.S.? How are you applying for college
after you have finished high school? Unless I'm mistaken, the current latest registration date for the '09 fall semester ended in February, and that's already very late; with replies all throughout the month of April. Both my brother and sister will be applying [twins] in two years so they've done a tiny bit of research, and more annoyingly, asked me. But if you seriously need help with a college essay, I can proof read what you've written / give pointers through pms.

Your first paragraph should be a introduction. Tell them about your personality. Don't start off with "Hi, my name is...".
Your next Paragraph should be about your high school career.
Your next Paragraph should be about your plans after College and about your Major.
Your next two Paragraphs should tell them why you chose their Uni over the others.
Close with ass-kissing. You don't want to sound generic or desperate.
Each paragraph should be between 7 - 15 sentences. Make sure you have a header-footer. Double spaced, Times new Roman, and 12 point font. Having good transitions is very important.
You want to wow them.

How is this even possible >.> That's 2 months to select candidates... None of the colleges I've ever looked at had anything close to registration deadlines past March, although college admission is changing in the U.S., especially the planned cancellation of many top school early decision policies.

I don't know anything about that. But as you can see in the link i provided up there... Registration is still available atleast to the college im applying to.
EDIT: Barotix that information you just gave me is REALLY useful. I really dident what to write in each paragraph. However starting it is still kinda hard... I wanna make this perfect

Lol, wth is this?
Please list two friends or family members who may be interested in attending Goodwin College with you.
Sounds like a pyramid scheme...
Anyways, I don't like dragging this stuff out so just pm me the word limit and I'll try to help you out. O, and calibre > times.
Edit: I took a look at the calender and it's strange, you guys accept new students during the summer 'semester'. We have summer sessions but not full blown classes, might explain the different application process.

Yeah its not a requirement. But like i said it's a small college. And so far its the only college in my area that has what i want.... Homeland Security.

In all honesty, what colleges want to hear is not so much "it's my dream, I love you guys, blah, blah, blah." They hear that way too much. The best college essay talks about a weakness you have, and how the college you want to attend will help you overcome that weakness. Either that, or talk about a strength you have, and how the college will utilize that strength or strengths. They like the weakness one more.

+1
yeah. i remember writing mine 2 years ago. the trick to writing them is simply to forget the manners that youve been taught. and talk about yourself like an abnoxious douche for a few pages while transforming every mundane and insignificant event of your life into somthing that makes you "competitive" this is done primarily though exageration.
but on a more serious note exagerate the shit you have done, and dont be affraid to sell yourself to the school, you do this by advertizing the things you have done, which may seem abnoxious as hell and extreemly akward (it did for me) but after you get started youll have no problem making yourself seem like your better than everyone else.
