I lol'd @ bold
I have pretty dry classes, normally I have a mix of econ, business, ecology/biology, and communication classes. I only get 1 elective per term, so getting my schedule is like opening christmas presents. It's exciting until you get something you really didn't want.

I JUST finished my testweek and school is coming to an end.
Usually I'd just skip the next week but now I have missed too much hours and they forced me to come. Anyways my days are from 8:15 to 1:00PM and usually 1-3 hours off in the morning so 9/10am-1pm.

I'm happy they don't take attendance here. I went to all of my classes less than 10 times last term, and in the fall term I don't plan on going to my microeconomics class. It's a prereq for one I have later on, so I decided to get it out of the way. I already took harder econ classes and it should be a cake walk.

My highschool was so poor that we had to pay for our AP tests, and we didn't have designated AP teachers. I had to write my AP tests like in november I think, after signing up in september, and I had to teach myself everything (all they gave us were photocopies of texts) and it was all done in grade 11. You don't have it that bad - it gets so redundant learning AP english while taking grade 11 english, then going to grade 12 and having to pass it even though you got your AP creditation.

That's pretty die hard, I only missed 70 hours and they already sent the 'Leerplichtambtenaar' on my ass.
That basically means they are going to investigate my absence and precautions might be neccesary, though I am not too impressed by this.
If anything I will be getting a warning and if they wanna look tough they'll tell me if I miss any more I will get the fine I am supposed to get for each hour.
I am in highschool though, in college we obviously don't have attendance issues.

Or they have the choice of an 8 AM Class A and 9 AM Class B or 8 AM Class B and 9 AM class A. Damn required classes. At least I only had on class on Friday that I rarely went to that semester.

Ouch, I missed alot of hours too but as long as I didn't come in the classroom where that's
all taken care off I'm safe. Now I'm done and all, so no detention for me

I spent 2 terms waking up at 1-3pm every day - the novelty fades when you realize you lose precious hours of RL for the benefit of being able to stay up late and cyber with turks on SRO.
