isn't that for the OP to decide, not you? edit: actually, rereading the OP, "or any other topic will be answered." How about you fully read the OP before you try to correct someone.

Death is the irredeemable loss of consciousness. When your life ceases and your body rots, you enter a state of non-existence; similar to the previous 15,000,000,000 years of the Universe's lifetime ... -which were also without you.

I recently replied to a friend who wrote to me about her baby turning five (5) years old. She was speaking of him going to school. My reply under spoiler:
Spoiler!
Awwww, mom. You worry your boy. Okay, it's only right that you do this. According to recent studies the human brain continues its development until about age 24. During this development there are mental milestones that can be observed. Of course I'm out of my depth but trust that you already know what I mean. The example that comes to mind is from a book on milestones of human baby development that I read like 20 or more years ago. Babies can't make, can't even conceive of, 'bridges' until after about 9 months of age. They can toss blocks and have too much fun doing that again and again... but do you remember or have you seen? Have you watched your son or daughter to notice their first ‘bridge’ made with blocks?
I'm also speaking / thinking about the secret wonder of a baby who is maybe 3 months old. This you have seen. He is just holding his hand in front of his face, eyes wide in wonder. He slowly turns his hand and is enthralled. My imagination brings me to think that he's marveling at himself, at what he can do, as he slowly moves his hand in quiet contemplation. To me it is clear, he is noticing how he might effect the world and what he can ‘do’. It is later in life that his world expands and the "do" can be applied to effect objects. Tossing blocks is a thrilling concept when we are looking to the base of it. The concept of ‘bridges’, of joining separate things into one, is the milestone that I love (as a romantic) to observe with my grandbabies.
Let me ramble a bit, unsure where we will arrive but trusting... it's something that my mind does, you know? I need the freedom to find and express a concept without knowing what is being said, and am in the habit of rambling toward unknown things. Comfort level in me is high for this, so anyway there we are as babies together marveling at the 'who' of us, and silently making secret plans to change the world as we observe and marvel at what we can do, yes? Jump ahead to the time of the 'terrible twos' and remember the frustration found there. We are small, at two we are able to think about new and grand things, but not able to put the thoughts into words. This is the time of being able to see everything on the table, but not being able to reach or maneuver what is now in sight.
"Terrible" is the state of fear of being unable to effect the plans we made while marveling at ourselves, we are confronted with our 'not big' and 'unable'. Between the time of terrible to the time where school starts our world expands again. It was ‘Self’ and 'Mommy" and maybe "The Other" for awhile but now it is about to move again and this time exponentially. From the world of 'me' to the world of 'mommy and me' to the OUTSIDE! Summer and seasons and dirt and discoveries and behold what manner of things we have in our new world. The wonder continues and we ARE ABLE. Look, I made a mud pie to PROVE it! "Mommy, mommy, look what I did!" I jumped, ran, rolled down the hill, threw things onto the roof (see if you can reverse THAT change, hehehehe).
The concepts and the milestones I’m trying to speak of are not committed to textbook memory, and I don’t know what to do but ramble in my own manner. But then the time comes and we cross that bridge too. Going to school, right? Separation anxiety? It is ours perhaps moreso than we’d like to say. Somewhere inside there is the knowledge that with each step our children take they are moving away from us and seeds of 'empty nest' syndrome are planted. It would be nice if our baby refused to leave us and pitched a royal fit about going to school, but we know, too much we know.
Then Social aptitudes come, friendships are made and many needful things and more milestones are brought to our expanded world. So fast that the world is no longer spinning, it is swirling and spiraling and teaming with expectation, goals realized, together with new broadened challenges. Yet still, with all the accomplishments, we are yet again confronted with the old 'terror' of the twos, the terrible 2s. This time we are able to conceptualize math and language and SCIENCE! and history but not yet able to speak it out. Swirling thoughts touch at the edges only; we are faced again with old fears and our need for you, Mom, is confirmed. Your praise matters.
Focus? We are a freaking sponge. So much information is being assimilated, sorted, categorized, stored that the image of our swirling, spiraling universe comes again to mind.
Comfort yourself in this. You are unable to fail your son. His ONLY need is what you have ample supply of. It is with such ease that you provide the one ingredient that will transform him into the wonder he marveled at while he secretly listened to the thoughts of life. Mom? It is only love that your boy needs and he will not leave you until that day, that day far, far away, when he turns his thoughts to the concept of bridges and bringing two objects together into one. Grandchildren are wonderful things.
Wisdom does not consist in knowing more that is new but in knowing less that is false. Question: Are you certain of your answer regarding death? How?

Dr. Shimmy, when i see Cin nakes (that's like daily), i get this strange feeling in my stomach. Now i know you what your probably thinking, but it's not love. That's all in the past.
Certain parts of my body, don't 'enlarge' anymore when he takes of his clothes and reveal that enormous beer-belly of his.
I promised him eternal love, faith, and cookies. But the cookie's have run out.
What's wrong with me? or him?
And what shoudl i do? Cause i want to hurt him, but don't know how. Allready had sex with zypher, and left the videotape in the livingroom, but Cin said he didn't mind sharing :/

I have a question. Phobias are said to be fear of something, and the reason for that fear is an experience in earlier times that may have trigger a person's mind to fear that particular thing. I fear all living creature with feathers, most likely birds, but I can't remember anything from my childhood that had happen to me that may have cost this fear. Where did I got this fear of birds?
EDIT: BTW I love your sig graps.

Dear Priam,
It's absolutely clear that Cin has entered a state of mind where nothing can reach him anymore. It's not your fault. Cin is lost for you. You can't hurt him as sure as he can't see his little willy anymore. Let the ravens do their work and go on with your life. Together with Zypher as you seem to enjoy the raw bestial sex.... (euh, can I have a copy of the tape?)

Dear mahumps,
ah, the human mind is a wonderfull thing. It's an illusion. You are not afraid of birds, you are afraid of life in general. Something went wrong during your BIRTH!!! As this is too hard to grasp (or to handle) your mind has changed this event unconciously over the years into BIRDS, just to make it easier for you to cope with.
In short, your mind has played a trick with you.
edit: I'm out of the office (lunch break ftw). Outstanding questions will be answered as soon as possible

My view on phobias in general? Well, it's a man's safety net. For example if you're afraid for heigths it will prevent you of climbing a mountain thus preventing the chance of falling down. If you're claustrophobic it will prevent you to use an elevator thus forcing you to use the stairs which ultimately will increase your health. The problem ofcourse is when you're claustrophobic ánd afraid of heights. I must think about this theoretical situation before I can come up with an answer.

Squirt wrote:I think that i am Obssesive Compulsive Disorter(OCD) positive what are common signs of it if you know any ?
Compulsive behavior marked by an incessant obsessive thought. For example, every time you enter a room you have to be the one to close the door, if some one else closes it you can't concentrate on anything else but the door. You won't stop thinking about the door until you get up, open it, and then close it. Phobia: An irrational unexplainable fear of something. For it to be a phobia there can't be "logical reason" for the fear. If you fear dogs because dog bit you, it isn't a phobia. If the fear isn't irrational and doesn't interfere with your life on a day to day bases then it isn't irrational. Example; A Grown man has a phobia of pumpkins, he doesn't know why but he can't work because of it. Every job in his town involves pumpkins and his life is a wreck due to it. Whenever he sees a pumpkin he panics, and may start to hypoventilate. There are no connections between childhood events and phobias. "Is there a God." I can't say there isn't one but at the same time I can't say there is one. "A God", it all depends on your perspective and faith. To me the idea of a Deity is improbable, and doesn't seem reasonable. To others, that same idea is what keeps them living (i.e) "If I did not find Jesus or if God didn't exist, I wouldn't have a reason to be here, I would have no purpose." It gives those who can't explain the unexplainable a "quick fix" to most problems.
Opinion The Faith and Prayer system, very simple, just simple enough to control the masses. /Opinion.
EDIT: I didn't explain phobias properly, Fixed it.

Depends on what you believe in. That’s the best answer I can give you. Some question shoud remain unanswered because life without some mysteries would be very boring.
CrimsonNuker wrote: Will this thread be locked?
Apparently not.
takolin wrote: ultimate question to life, universe etc etc
As you rightly said so, the answer is 42. However, there are many paths leading to this answer. The most common one is 7 x 6 . Accepted throughout the world by people rich and poor. Of course there are some movements declaring the opposite 6 x 7 . And deep down in the bowels of human kind is a movement known as the Holy Question Mark which only goal is to convince everyone that the ultimate question is 294 : 7 These fanatics don’t give up easily in their path to glory. You can easily recognize an adept as they carve the ultimate question upon their forehead with a baquette whilst chanting the same verse over and over again.

Quality is rapper Talib Kweli's second album. It was released on December 16, 2002 under Rawkus Records. It had much critical acclaim and had some commercial appeal from the song "Get By" produced by Kanye West
