Probably because you haven't clicked on the GAY button before. Lesbianism might be a turn on to males but making out with your own gender even if you're a female is gonna be disturbing, at least up till a certain degree.

Yes, a kiss will not always be a sexual act. But I think we are discussing it from a sexual point of view in this thread.

Both girls and guys are generally comfortable with changing clothes in the same room with the same gender, but that is based on personal preference I think, and has no relevance regarding this thread.
