13. If you are a girl/claim to be a girl.

15. Being active on the forums for a while
16. Know Cruor
17. Maturity
18. If you remake banned accounts people will eventually think you're cool *Don't do this*
19. Earn peoples respect

OT: yea i guess to some its post count, to others its how comical they are, to others how knowledgeable they are on a certain topic, etc.

How well they rant or if they have good philosophies. Grandpa for instance.

Actually, it's Latin. It stands for id est, or "that is".
It doesn't mean "for example" - that's e.g., or exempli gratia. I'm pretty sure that means example given in English.

aww, i was just about to say the same thing about i.e. and e.g.
what u said is 100% right

can't say popularity is my speciallty but at least most every one knows about me, i try ot make good arguments i just say it in simple ways and dont' flame people so i don't stand out too much
