Phobia: an anxiety disorder marked by a persistent, irrational fear and avoidance of a specific object or situation.
Example: Morbid fear of elevators or heights. When one sees an Elevator or Tall building they panic. It is marked by an irrational fear, which they (the client) cannot explain. The best treatment is systematic desensitization, a client centered treatment. In order for it (the fear) to be classed as a Phobia it must interfere with your day-by-day life in such away that prevents you from preforming simple task, such as entering an elevator.
Phobia: None
Fear: Ignorance.

Heights at times. EG standing on top of huge wooden construction you made (not alone obviously).
And sometimes minor claustrophobia.
