I recently won $180 playing king.com. Was all excited etc. Then they send my winnings to my LOCKED PAYPAL ACCOUNT !O#*I$(U2. Even though i paid them with my new one. Will paypal actually unlock my account (just emailed them), or has anyone had experience

I guess it depends on the reason why it was locked. If you ask nicely I guess they will open it up for you to get the 180 bucks.

it was locked because i failed security check, it asked for my bank info and i gave info for my 2nd bank, instead of main one by mistake.
