Try this:

Whatever you're used to, smoke stronger cigarettes and chew nicotine gum. The extra nicotine should make you sick enough to quit.

Actually, don't do that, you might die or something.

Seriously:
Change your habits though, the less you think about smoking, the better. If you smoke in a bar, don't go to bars. If you physically CAN'T smoke as well it will help to quit. Cravings are the worst the first few days.

Don't hang out with smoker friends either. Completely cut that habit out.

you don't have to quit but moderate your addiction to what you're doing now (3 cigs a day) would be smart

Thats ridicilous. You cant stop smoking, blah.
If you want you can stop whenever you want. I know couple of my friends that stoped smoking, and they smoked long time.
My father smoked 20 years, and he really smoked he smoked 50-60 per day. And then doctor told him that he really needs to quit. Next day he quited and since then he didnt smoked, 10 years now I think.
So dont tell you cant, you can but you dont want to.

chew nicotene gum and buy those nicotene patch and other shit. Besides that the most important thing to quitting is your will and determination, honestly it comes down to that.

I'll just be blunt, 20+ ciggies a day is going to screw you over so bad if you keep that up.

Seriously,reduce the dosage by a lot...

But consider buying some nicotine gum and some nicotene patches to ease the process.

You want to quit,then you have to pay the price.

I can't quit right now.
Exams are drawing near.

But don't go from 25 > 3 cigs in 1 day. You'll be bound to start again unless you're quite determined.
Try going to 15 first, then 10, then 5, then 2-3 and then 0.

Oh and not in 1 week. The longer is takes to slow down, the easier it'll be to quit.
