Hey guys! I just tried out Drift City :S and like its crazy but there's one big problem im facing :S

I launch the game. Im in the city and go about my business, and then the game freezes on me. The sound is still playing in the background, but the game is frozen. The only thing i can do is use Alt F4 to close the game. The forums at the iiji website are useless and filled with clowns so I thought I'd try over here, hopefully some of the veterans will respond. I'm on Vista and on my laptop. NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150 is my video card :S but i really don't think that's the problem since other people with much better computers are having the same problem.

Well um if anyone has any tips to fix this let me know

Haha! Hey! Yea, it's been a while , but too bad this place has changed so much, like the exposed botters section and sig requests :S I don't recognize like 90% of the members either :S

Oh well, forget about Drift City :S With all the errors MMORPG's have :S I don't think I'll bother :S

lol but you can't get an Impreza, or a Trueno in Silkroad :S

well your first problem is that your using a laptop, your second is that your using vista. buy a desktop with xp (do it soon) and your problems will be fixed.

Ok I've held it in for a long time, stop giving computer advice. Most of what you say is complete bullshit.

i've been gaming on laptops for about 4 or 5 years now, never had
any troubles with em

ok there, thanks for the advice, but I think I'll stick with Cin, and Sharp. I found out the problem is not the laptop but it IS the game itself. Apparently there are certain parts in the road that cause you to crash.

And yes, I do have a desktop PC with XP upstairs but my laptop is portable :S

Yeah i got basically the same laptop and i can run Drift City fine

nVidia 6100go
but its running XP

I can run GTA San Andreas on 1280 x 800 Fine With Vista i couldnt even run it on 640 x 480 without horrible FPS, You can try upgrading ur graphics drivers http://www.laptopvideo2go.com or downloading DirectX again OR The best option DOWNGRADE TO XP

Oh, I have the NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150 Version 98.15. Can you help me find an update for it?

yeah its not like most people can afford to run out and buy a new computer when they have a perfectly good one right there..right?
