OMG, just got back from dinner and ended up puking in the bathroom. My friends and I went out for dinner to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and we came up with the stupidiest idea. Just when we finished our main plate, my friend challenged me in taking a shot of Tabasco Habanero sauce. The first one to cry loses. Well.... that didn't go well. He and I took the shot (normal shot glass 1.5-2 ounces) and were fine for the first 45 seconds, then wow, that just hit our throat, ears and both ended up in tears. Worst idea ever! There was no milk available either to help relieve the pain, my throat was burning like hell and my stomach seemed like it was eating itself.

When I came back to the dorm, I ended up throwing up in the bathroom. Learned my lesson today. Its been almost 1.5 hours since we did it and I still feel the pain

Milk really doesn't do much. Eat some bread next time...bread = best way to soak up the capsaicin (basically causes a burning sensation) and reduce the heat a little.

Drinking alcohol tends to work as well is the percentage is high enough.
A shot of vodka should work, because Capsaicin does dissolve in alcohol but not in plain water iirc.
